# NetBird Agent Network

> NetBird replaces long-lived AI API keys with network-layer access tied to your identity provider, so teams reach any LLM provider or gateway with full auditability, cost control, and policy enforcement.

NetBird Agent Network is open source and self-hosted, developed by NetBird GmbH in Berlin, Germany. It gives people and AI agents keyless, identity-aware access to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) and gateways (LiteLLM, Cloudflare AI Gateway, Vercel AI Gateway), with per-request audit logs, cost attribution, and instant revocation. Access follows the groups already defined in a team's identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any OIDC IdP).
